I'm having the same problem. My highest weight was 252 in early 2011. I am now down to 200, but when I look at myself now, I'm more disappointed than at my highest weight. I feel embarrassed that I have lost 50 lbs and this is now how I look.

I have the same problem every month. I retain a bunch of water and generally gain 2-3 lbs. Once AF is gone, the weight comes back off and usually then some!

That sounds like a great plan! It definitely sounds motivating to have someone holding me accountable when there are oreos in the house! lol
