  • Amen to that. Just keep in mind that MFP is a guide, not a god. You'll drive yourself crazy if you try to hit exactly on your goal every day.

  • Try flexing and relaxing your legs. They should at least be hidden by your desk. You can also flex other muscles without being too "visible".
  • Use the stairs instead of elevator, park farther away so you walk a little more, walking in soft sand instead of on the hard packed wet sand will all burn extra calories.
