I am maintaining at 16-2000+ a week for over a year. I do cardio 2 x, and lift 3 times , like you:-) When i lift heavy i eat more, when not, I eat less. I love food and lifting. Your metabolism is burning more cals from the weight lifting, it keeps you burning. Good job to you!

I eat mine savory, with cup oats green onions reduced fat cheese 1/2 cup almond milk either tuna,chicken turkey dices a few veggies and I top it off with light sour cream and 2 poached eggs that ooze goodness Yummy and filling:-)

Works-> anything you can do for your lifetime, 80 percent good 20 human-move-if you fall, get you *kitten* back up quick-be kind 2 self!lift heavy weights! Doen't work-> crash diets or anything you cannot do 4 life-looking 4 fast fix-not strength training.

My biggest meal is at night 7-9pm,. Maintained weight a year, never had a problem eating at that time.

5'3 47 Maintained 1 yr 115-117 weight cals 1600 -2000+ It saddens me to read some people want to be 76 pounds or eat 500 cals a day. Very Sad!

Made this over the weekend, very good, I altered a few thing fat free cream cheese, and added fresh herbs, garlic and jalepenos. very good, put in tortilla shells with avacado, yum.
