Made again this am, used,nutmeg frozen banana 1 1/2 0ats cake batter protein powder-made 3 good size cookies-baked 18 mins nice n crspy..Love them! dipped them in greek yogurt..this weekend, going to make few batches and freeze for treats during week!

Not try to lose anymore, maintained almost 2 yrs. Eat 1600-2000 daily, and Sundays 2300+. Always worked for me. Lift heavy 3 x week cardio few times week and fooooood;-) Good food,high protein. Check this group out:-) A ton of great info and people who Eat and lose.…
