Just made them..Very Good! Added some pb2 and 1/4 cup oats- pinch baking soda sprayed griddle with pam-and BANG* Yum..Thanks again 4 post-Belly is happy;-) Makes a huge bunch! Love that~

Ok, So the quick add cals were 12 pack beer...and the cals burned for the day were 1000 as I put them on a barbell and curled them all.... Who cares, what she wrote..Deal with it or delete it..Cmon...;-P

I think it depends on your eating habits. If you love certain foods and feel deprived not having them often- work them in daily. I have maintained 11/2 and what works for me is 1 day(Sunday 4 me) is high cals I ,Dont log or count just whatever I feel during the week or that day that I have craved on Sunday. I do eat zig…

5'3-47yr I lost 37 pounds by July 2011 and have maintained 115-117 since. I workout 3-4 times a week.2-3 days lifting heavy. Rest of the days, I stay active biking, gardening or walking my dog. I eat 1600-2000+ zig zagging and a Spike day Sundays. I follow 80-20 rules-80 percent I eat very well and the rest I enjoy going…
