Try adding 1 cup of full fat milk with the breakfast, and yes peanut butter, 1 tbsp does the trick. Also try adding paneer to your stir fry veggies and also include nuts.

Looking at meal plan and workout and age of your son,he aint eating enough.Calculate his TDEE and eat TDEE-20% calories evry single day. Being indian I usually cook and eat indian food so look at my diary to get some ideas.

Today i skipped squats and straightaway did bench thn rows and finally SLDL. Surprisingly i nailed every exercise and now feeling awesome. PR on both rows and bench, two exercises i was really struggling with progression... :drinker: Thank you so much everyone. Much apreciated.

Ahh i see. So what could be the next best alternative. Just doing 2 exercises seems too less. I was thinking of adding lat pull downs, apart from that, is there any other exercise i can add on wednesday?

Yes i tried deloading. Went down to 80 lbs from 140 lbs and yesterday 100lbs seemed alot considering sore back and glutes.

Might be water retention.. i usually get pain and tendernrss in that particular area when i m dealing with fatigue. So might be extra walking is what caused it considering you do have issues with fibro.

Could it be overtraining. I have had issues with fatigue in the past... Chronic cardio or exertion stalls my weight loss.

This is the first time i doing heavy weight training at gym and since 28 days i am doing this ( fasted training).. earlier i use to do moderate weight training in the evening and felt fine.

I did NROL last year, left it after stage 2...did Body by you by Mark Lauren starting of this year but eversince Feb 2013 due to fatigue issues, all i have done is walking. Since last week started Stronglifts with dumbbells.
