wow that is something i never noticed and i track my sodium, when i joined this site i notice that i had a problem wtih my sodium. is it also true that if you drink extra water more then 8 glass that it helps you lose less sodium?

I had my gallbladder removed a year ago due to gallstones, the surgery was very easy they make 4 cuts on ur stomach but they are very small, it wasnt to painful it was just a little hard to bend at the waist. The recovery was easy also. I have had no complations with mine, i dont ever get them horrible pains, the only side…

i have always heard you measure at your highest point, like where you boobs stick out the most or where your nipple is and that should give you a correct measure. Maybe go into stores and try on different sizes.

walking, i love love walking now, I have tried the ellipcal (sp) I usually do the tread mill 30 mins or walk around the block an hour and do the ellipcal for 30 mins and then do some free weights
