I try to do 3 sessions of atleast 30 minutes of cardio weekly. I usually end up doing about 2 hours of walking and about 20 minutes of taebo per week. Then for streghth I do squats, lunges, calf raises, side lateral raises and chest press. Plus I love pilates= the hundred, the modified plank and v-up are some of my favs.…

:ohwell: I can't stop going over on my protein. But i struggle to get the rest of my calories. I'm usually left with atleast 70 calories and still 5 to 10 over on protein(26 today and 122 more calories) How is this affecting me?
