what is your workout routine

What is your workout routine? Do you have a HRM? Have you lost weight? How many times a day do you workout and for how long?

  • I try to do 3 sessions of atleast 30 minutes of cardio weekly. I usually end up doing about 2 hours of walking and about 20 minutes of taebo per week. Then for streghth I do squats, lunges, calf raises, side lateral raises and chest press. Plus I love pilates= the hundred, the modified plank and v-up are some of my favs. Just did 11 minutes of taebo around 170 calories burned.:drinker:

    4 days a week I will do 50 minutes of cardio (jogging/elliptical/bike) and do strength training (arms/legs/core) for about 20-30 minutes. The other 3 days a week (before I go to work my 12.5 hour shift) I do 30 minutes of yoga, and later on 30-45 minutes of walking.

    I've lost lots of weight, faster, than I was when I first started just dieting. Plus, I've gotten noticeably smaller and more toned.
  • I am a Turbo Jam addict. I do 45-50 minute workouts 3 or 4 times a week, then do the 20 minute workout plus the sculpting workout twice a week. I usually throw in the ab workout once a week. When the weather is nice, I will sub a 4 mile walk/run for one of my cardio workouts.
    I started TJ in late May. Worked out on and off over the summer with it and am back to an almost daily basis. I have noticed a HUGE difference in definition and tone and have dropped 25 pounds since May.

    I am on my 2nd week of working out 5 times a week currently doing 30 min a day of circuit training (weights and cardio together) gotta get myself back up to an hour to an hour and a half- I just ordered my HRM just now to help me keep track of my calories burn I mean MFP is great but I need exact numbers not estimates-- so hopefully that will help me I dont like not seeing results--

    I enjoy doing the Firm and Taebo amped (since I cant go to the gym) and after the holidays I plan on joining a kickboxing class
