I don't think "No discipline" is right at all, most ppl who are heaving are discipline, some it just doesn't come off, so to say that ppl who are heavy have no discipline is just not right....I don't know one person who is heavy that likes it.....

you simply have to start doing "something", it doesn't matter for how long or for how fast all that comes with time.....just move a little and do it every single day

tracking just keep you accountable, and it's for your reference only...it's not like you can't deviate if you need to....I prefer to track you can see it written down what you ate and what you might need to change to lower calories or balance you program better

go to the doctors, try therapy for an eating disorder, and healthy eating and exercise is the way to live a normal life....good luck

my trainers would say your working out to much, only 3 days a week of weights and never 2 days in a row.....and cardio 5 days.. they also have told me that no woman needs to eat more then 1300-1400 calories a day until your an athlete, just passing on what they've told me, now does it work for everyone....prolly NOT !!!!!…

First 30 pounds in 2 months for a guy is NOT losing weight quickly so I wouldn't worry about that, I had some issue with pain also and come to find out I actually was tensing up when I was working out and that led to the pain....

I'm type O blood and I've eaten one meal a day for many years, clearly this does NOT work for me, besides how do you keep your metabolism going eating only once a day, that is not good for you, maybe it will work for some ppl, but clearly not me
