Thanks you guys for the cheers. I have lost a total of 34 pounds since March which includes the 6 I have lost since finding this AWESOME AND SUPPORTIVE SITE. I was wrong in how I titled this post in that most of the people on here in addition to my NSV are what is keeping me motivated. Again, Thanks!!!:love:

I am wanting to know if there is another exercise that is comparable to the split squats that I can do instead. I think I actually hurt my muscle yesterday even with good before and after stretching. I have put ice and heat on it so I don't want to damage it more tomorrow and still in pain. Any help/advice is appreciated.…

I just wanted to introduce myself and say hello. This is my first group on here. I am really excited to do this and push myself. I have just over 3 months to look as good as I can, I will continue after those three months but I want to do the most before then to shock the crap out of my husband.
