W2D3 while pushing my 2 kids in a double stroller, still easy. See how next week goes. Should hopefully get my new stability shoes tomorrow. If shoes feel fine, Im thinking of doing a 5k on July 4th. Side bonus, scored an elliptical for $10 at a garage sale.... $10!!! Works... all I care.

I ran a unofficial 5k at 300 lbs. I started to add short jogs to my walks around 280-285 lbs. I am not a runner nor have a ever wanted to run before in my life. Im 6'3 and have lost about 85 lbs so far. I am doing C25K right now and tomorrow I will do W2D3. Its been fairly easy for me. Im currently about 255. I started…

W2D2 still easy. What made it that much easier was that it was only 63 deg with a nice breeze. I also can tell its getting a tic easier because my cals burned during these sessions are getting a little bit less each time. Granted it could be a number of other things, but thats the story Im sticking with. Couldnt believe…

As long as I remember I plan on posting. My goal for each week is to do each session a different place. That way while the sessions are the same, at least the terrain wont be. Mon I did my neighborhood and today I went to a local high school track. Fri it might rain here so no idea. Might have to do C25K stationary bike…

C25K Week 2 Day 1, still on the easy side. Had strong winds trying to know me over when jogging north. Joggins south was on record pace!

You could just start Week 2 Day 1 and if you cant make the full 90, just stop and walk. If its to much, rinse and repeat W1D3. You could always do a Week 1 day 4 :) Jog 70 secs walk 1:20. On your days off, are you walking or doing the elliptical? FYI, Im no expert just trying to help. Ive been in your shoes when I first…

I would say keep repeating that day till it feels comfortable. You push to hard to soon (and Im guessing your overweight since were on here) you could end up getting hurt. I just finished W1D3 and it was easy for me. Now, Ive been walking for 9 months while pushing 1 or 2 kids. Anywhere from 30 to 60 lbs extra and with…

C25K Week 1 Day 3 done. Still easy... on to Week 2 if it doesnt rain on Wed.

C25K Week 1 Day 2 done! Still fairly easy but now a blister on my left heel. BOOO!!!
-
Gotcha, thanks.

C25K week 1 day 1 fairly easy. I even did it on a rolling hill area in a local park. Should I finish week 1 off or just skip to week 2?

Last week new pair of NB purchased and few miles already on them from walking. Will report back in if Im still alive afterwards.

100 cal English Muffin thats loaded with fiber and 1 serving of egg beaters. Put the egg juice in a coffe cup and in the microwave for 45 secs. 2 of those for 225 and you got a crapload of protein to start the day. I added a little bit of cheese and bacon bits for something dif. Added about 25-30 cals each. I was really…

Thanks everyone for the info! I finally did break into the 250's (258.6 lost 2.2 last week). I worked out for 528 mins burned 6789 cals. Starting to jog a lot more. I did add some egg beaters for breakfast. Which was very yummy on an english muffin. Sodium is a big struggle for me. Try to eat better (what I thought was…

1. Did you eat at, below, or above your BMR? I ate what MFP said. 2. Did you eat at, below, or above your TDEE? Is that a bra size? 3. Did you eat your excercise calories back? If so what percentage of them? I would eat some back, always a little snack afterwords. On avg 40-50% back, upwards of 80% but almost never 100%…

6'3 started out in Aug 2011 around 340, down to 260 in about 7-8 months. If I put a little more effort into it, I prob could have lost 100 in 7 but it would have been damn hard. My goal was slow and steady not Biggest Loser style. Ive been stuck at 80 lbs for the past 5-6 weeks. I didnt have my first gain till week 28 or…

Instead of just bump, I want to say thanks for the idea. Will defo try the muffin crust. Im at a point where I need some new foods to eat or will start to get bored. Eating better is just like the internet, just one of them silly fads. :)

I didnt realize all fast food is high in calories and fat... weird.

So far this week Ive had Wendys, Subway, Lee's Famous Recipie (basically KFC), and Taco Bell. After each meal I felt... full. Plus, they were delicious.

rileysowner- Shows about what I eat daily now (if I didnt exercise). M/260/75/33 adietron- I do eat a salad on the norm once a week but I dont count the greens. Yeah I should I know, but its so little in the cals department I dont see the point. TBH thats about the only thing I dont record on here. Much of a cook? lol When…

Mceastes- The nugget meal was right after my 95 min 1153 cal walk/jog but point taken. Ive kinda been eating like this thru this entire process but it looks like its finally caught up with me. Weight training, I would love to! 1 car family, wife works/school, 2 boys (3 & 2ish), and no gym close enough to walk to. Plus…

While I know they say dont compare yourself to other folks, its hard not to. 45 mins (about a 15 min mile) is where Im at right now. Im down to 260 lbs now (300 when I posted this) but my time really hasnt improved. Yesterday I did manage to get a little over 3 miles in without really getting my heart rate up much. I was…
