Congrats! You must be tall because no way you look 200 lbs. Im just about to hit 380 days in a row and I am the same as you. I logged everything no matter what. Good or bad we still ate it. You can "forget" to log all you want but the scale wont lie for us. You should be very proud of what you have accomplished so far. As…

I walked for the first 9 months I was on MFP. I lost in the 70+ lb range just walking. 2-3 miles a day 4-6 days a week. Sometimes longer, sometimes less. The past 3 weeks I have: Walked AVG 6.25 miles per week, Jogged AVG 11 miles per week, Biked 23 miles per week. I also will also go out twice a day some days. Even if its…

Shrink your pics then repost them. This place doesnt like anything big. :) Congrats! How great of a feeling is it to get on the scale and see you lost 100lbs! When I did it, I was expecting fireworks, strippers, key to city, but at least my son gave my a high five. lol You should be very proud of what you have…

First congrats on getting out. 2nd, you have 2 kids that Im sure look up to you. If you feel (quote above) then your girls will see this. Do you want them to think that this is just part of life? NO, you dont. Get up, dust yourself off, and realize your doing all this for YOU. Without YOU, those girls have no one to look…

Im just shy of 54 weeks in and tbh other then my HRM, nothing. My brain doesnt work that way I guess. In all reality, I shouldnt have let myself get that big. 6 months from now and its still off, then I might revisit this idea. lol http://freew67.blogspot.com/

Go get a bag and eat half of it. Why deprive yourself of yummy goodness. Then just exercise off what you eat. It really is that simple. http://freew67.blogspot.com/

Agree 100% and its hard to explain to someone that feeling till you do it yourself. http://freew67.blogspot.com/

Who cares about anyone else in that race but you. I would 100% do it just for the simple fact when you planned on doing your first one you will have a better understanding of what you can do. 12 min mile is not bad at all and tbh thats about where Im at now after 4-5 months of running. Just start off easy and build from…

Im 53 weeks in and this week Ive been walking/riding after dinner. Some of my neighbors didnt even realize it was me. I started at 340 and about 310ish is when I could really tell a difference. I need to lose 100 lbs, is Tuesday ok for you? :P That is one thing I wish I would have done, was light weight training through all of this. 53 weeks with basically no lifting shows. lol http://freew67.blogspot.com/

Im down 110 lbs and have some loose skin. Not a ton but some. I lost on avg 2 lbs per week over the past 53 weeks. Its going to happen if you carry a lot of weight in certain places (for me my gut). As runfatmanrun said, evntually it can return to normal. They say it can take 1-2 years depending on age and other things.…

I dont see how chewing gum would help a noob out. I have tried it also and I spend time trying not to choke on it. I had enough issues to worry about even without the gum. As others have said, if you struggle with a week, repeat 1 day or the entire week. There is no shame in that because everyone is different. You take it…
