  • Stay on your side of the river!!!! :)
  • Once your done making excuses, then you might be able to change. Im down 110 lbs in 53 weeks without setting 1 foot in a gym, no pills, and or any other aid but me. I have ate fast food almost every week (my diary is open) and continue to drink diet drinks. This isnt a diet to me anymore, its a lifestyle change. Once you…

  • Small world, when I visited England twice in 07, I stayed next door to you in Oxfordshire (Chipping Norton). I told my friends I was going to wear my UK hat to fit in. They didnt get it. lol Want me to bring you a UK shirt next time I come over? :)

  • Bravo! Im finally getting to the point I feel I might be able to survive one. Did you have a training plan or just wing it? http://freew67.blogspot.com/
  • Walked/jogged = Wogging :) I say Im more a wogger but I think I might be a jogger now. My first 5K was July 4th and I did it in 41:26. It was over 90 deg and humidity about 10000%. I was about 244 lbs and have only been wogging for about 3 months at that point. My 2nd 5K was Aug 4th, 12 lbs lighter and ran it in 36:58. Im…
  • Rage4lightnin, I couldnt agree more. Everything he has done I want to do. To know he has trained in the same weather and basically the same terrain as me, lets me know it can be done. Im up in Boone County and have family in Paris (tbh all over the state). You hear so much about how fat KY people are that stories like…
  • I couldn't agree more. I always tell folks no matter what, at the end of the day YOU have to want to make the change. It sounds like you have come a long way through this journey, BRAVO! Im just 12 lbs off my goal of 120 lbs lost and I feel the easy part is done. The hard part will be to keep it off.…
  • Im in the same boat. I weighed 300+ for 12-14 years. I read it could take 1-2 years before your skin shrinks some and that is if it will shrink at all. They said give it a year after your weight loss to even decided on surgery. That is unless your on a reality TV show and they pay for it. lol http://freew67.blogspot.com/
  • You can tell that just from the pics. Congrats on your weight loss and good luck on the rest of your journey. Stand tall, you should be very proud of yourself. http://freew67.blogspot.com/
  • I had a cousin who went to school there, does that count? http://freew67.blogspot.com/
  • I agree with everyone else, you have done a great job so far. You should be very proud of what you have accomplished. I know first hand how hard it is to lose that kind of weight. Im down 108 lbs this past year. So you came up short on your 100 lbs goal, thats life. You cant win them all. Set a new goal, and get back to…
  • Wow! Congats on the weight loss, the article, your 5k, 10k, triathlons, half marathon, full marathon, your tri's and now an ironman! This is prob the first time I can honestly say, I want to follow in your footsteps. Ive lost 108 lbs this part year and have done 2 5K's this year. Will do a 10K on Thanksgiving and have been…
  • I did the 4th of July Edgewood 5K.
  • All I have to do is look at my 2 little boys and that right there reminds me of why Im doing this. My G-pa died at 57, my wifes Dad died at 48, I dont want my boys to deal with the same thing. http://freew67.blogspot.com/
  • Same here. Just like to know whats going on. Only record on Mon. http://freew67.blogspot.com/
  • Congrats man! I just hit the 100 lb mark not to long ago. I fully understand how hard it is to hit that goal. You should be damn proud of yourself. Also, a quick glance at the new you, I thought it was Duff Goldman from the show Ace of Cakes. lol http://freew67.blogspot.com/
  • Fix that with a small comment of your own. :) Why are you still with him? http://freew67.blogspot.com/
  • TBH I am just about the same way. She stopped asking me finally. If she wants to go out in fuzzy slippers even if its 3pm, who cares. Life is to short to worry about what other people think. Enjoy it while you can. My wife is packing heat uptop, and no lie that is the first thing I saw. Then a few mins later then rest of…
  • I agree, no more kittens need to die. SAVE THE KITTENS! http://freew67.blogspot.com/
  • http://freew67.blogspot.com/
  • Realizing your issues is 50% the problem, fixing it is the other 75%. Ive lost 108 lbs and when I hit 260 lbs (80 lbs lost at that point) I stayed there for almost 2 months. 6 weeks at 260!!!! That was pure hell, BUT I knew it was going to happen. Happens to everyone at some point, some sooner than later. That is when I…
  • http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/673512-i-did-it-i-ve-lost-100-lbs?hl=freew67 Easier to just post the link. Ive lost 108.2 lbs in 365 days. Started 340, currently 231.8, 6'3, 34 yrs old http://freew67.blogspot.com/
  • Thank you, I really do appreciate that. Im not really a person who likes to share with strangers. The farther I got into my weight loss journey, the more motivated I got by reading about others who succeeded. While my story is similar to others its also very different. If I could share my story with others about the new…
  • That was my sister. Couldnt have been a more perfect pic. Congrats 2 you also! PR's are always nice to get. I agree 100% with the accomplishment part. I was tired at 2 miles. The hills took a ton of out me but I told myself, "IM NOT GOING TO WALK!" My guess is if I walked for about 20-30 seconds, I prob could have had a…
