It's ok :) They do look sliver in the picture. My fault! lol...I think I am going to go with the sparkly ones. i just have to try on the whole outfit. I lost weight in my feet oddly enough so they feel so much better and my feet aren't crushed anymore. So excited to wear them!

Cut out sodium! I mean, not all the way of course. But sodium can hold onto water and make you feel bloated and icky....I try to not eat anything that has over 250mg of sodium in it. I have the same issue. Sometimes I will do an 18 hour shift (2pm-9am) and i have no idea how to log my food after midnight and throughout the night. We do have a treadmill in all the houses...(I work in an ICF) But i would really hate getting all sweaty at work :-/ but Im curious to see what people have to say

I agree. You need to eat more. My limit is 1430/day but usually I eat about 1200/day if I don't work out...If I workout, I will eat around 1400...I don't eat all my exercise calories though.
