Vodka in Crystal light tea is good or mixed with anything crystal light. Five calories for the Crystal light and very little for the Vodka.

My trainer told me to have a small snack before exercising and than have the meal within an hour after exercising. I usually eat kashi bar or a slice of bread with peanut butter on it. Than have my breakfast.

Yes you can do it! We all have our moment and it is a neverending battle. This website is great because we all support each other. I haved learned it is okay to have the things you want in moderation. Holding myself accountable through this website is just what I needed!

I am 5'2" and my happy weight at this point would be 150.

I get up at 5:00AM to get it done at the beginning of the day that way it is done. It doesnt interfere with my kids or job and I feel energized the rest of the day.

I think I may stop weighing in. It is very frustrating watching the scale constantly. I am staying under my calories most days and the scale doesnt move or fluctuates. I am working out 3 times a week or more and more than likely building muscle. My clothes are fitting better. I am with you and am not going to weigh in…

I do 45 minutes of strength training 3 days a week and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. I just learned how to log strength training.
