Pygmy Series DONE with the 4 minute Tabata workout to boot! I thought it wouldn't be so bad until I DID IT! Man, am I out of shape! Can't wait to see how I feel at the end of this month! LOL I also walked 3 miles! Starting weight on September 1, 2011: 169 pounds May the the fat burning BEGIN!
