    ugh! Let the 8 yrs old play games on my laptop last night and it crashed. I can't get it to work at all :explode:

    I was under calories, over water and did complete my challenges but was unable to log it.
    I totally panicked over dinner, who knew not knowing how many calories are in my food would get to me that bad. I didn't eat what everyone else ate and instead got a gross frozen meal. They all looked at me like a weirdo.

    bushmen challenge for thurs and extra 5k (#4 for the week) completed.
    under calories and over water.
    p90x cardio routine too.
    have been able to get in about 2 hrs of workout most days week becaue of some unexpected schedule changes and have really been enjoying it! :) makes me very tired at night though! and some how, ive managed to gain half a pound during all of this...hopefully itll be gone (plus some more gone) by monday :)

    Hey all, sorry I haven't been checking in here. I have been on track all week doing the Pygmy series and walking a 5K every day. I put in an extra mile on Wednesday. I've been under my calories and over on water each day. My legs are SOOOOO SORE! haha! But it's a good sore! I'm feeling stronger and physically better! I'm excited about weigh in. . . I'm hoping I went down again! *fingers crossed*

    Thursday and Friday pygmy done! Both day under calories and over water...did an extra mile today and I have been doing the bear walk just to do a little extra...I am SOOO sore just like everyone else! Ahhh we will succeed!
  • I am a day behind so completed Day 4 Bushman today. Will do day 5 tomorrow and day 6 on Sunday.

    i didnt do my challenges yesterday, but was over water and under calories. did the bushmen challenge for day 5 today and will do day 6 tomorrow. so far im over water and dont see a problem being under calories for today.

    i didnt do my 3.1 miles yesterday or today, but ill be doing 6.2 tomorrow, does that count as 2 5ks? :) if not we can atleast use it for one.

  • Completed Bushman day 5 and 6 today (including 2 Tabata's) to make up for missing earlier this week and selfishly wanting tomorrow off :) Saving the 5 minute bearwalk for tomorrow to let my elbow rest. Also walked a 5k today. Will be over on water and under on calories. Hard not to after burning over 1000 calories. Hoping my weight tomorrow morning looks better than it did this morning (fingers crossed).

    i walked around 7 km today but did not do pygmy, but will do it tomorrow, so I guess i will not have a day off.
    under calories and over water.
    I find the more water I drink the thirstier i get.

    I want to apologize to you all for not being on. I just got my computer back...even the it guy at work couldn't figure out what my 8 yr old did to my computer.
    I was able to complete all challenges for the Bushmen series. I wasn't able to log anything saturday or the end of friday but I know I went over calories yesterday, went and saw my friends band play at the local bar and it was their last show so the beers were flowing.

    Weigh ins are due to me today please. I remain unchanged...boo!

    i did all of the bushmen challenges for the week and at least 5 5ks. was under calories and over water every day, and even despite all of that, as of this morning i too have remained the same weight :( at least i can help the team by exercising...im just lost as to why im not losing :(

    I'm back!! It was an awesome camping trip traveling around Lake Superior. A word to the wise, don't EVER go on a camping trip with a hired chef. We ate way too much and hard to work hard to work it off. That was probably a good thing because I could complete all the challenges and extra miles with ease (although I did the pygmy challenges because I couldn't take the ribbing from "bringing weights on a camping trip". I completed all the challenges, met the water goal each day and met the food goal 5 of the six days (sorry, but look at the menus). I did get the all the extra miles in for more points. I have great pictures that I wish I could share (maybe, I'll keep changing my profile pic). Oops, I almost forgot - negative weight loss, I now weight 122 pounds. I'm not too worried, it should come off now that I have to cook for myself again.

  • No weight loss this week :( I have learned that I can't eat all my exercise calories back. I seem to have gained a half inch all around too. i have noticed being bloated all week. Need to stay away from the Mexican food.

    Completed all Bushman, one 5K, was under calories and met or over water all 6 days.

    I am now at 163.1 so just a little lost, but I will take it!! I completed all pygmy workouts and extra miles on Monday and Wednesday then a 5k on Saturday. I was under calorie and over water every day!! Let's go week 3.

    OK, here are my stats:

    Week one: over water, under calories, pygmy done, tabatas done, exercise done.
    Weight: 169 to 167 ~ lost 2 pounds

    Week two: over water, under calories, pygmy done, tabatas done, exercise done.
    Weight: 167 to 165 ~ lost 2 pounds

    Week three: over water, under calories, pygmy done, tabatas done, exercise done.
    Weight: 165 to 164 ~ lost 1 pound
