You don't have to eat those exercise calories. If you want to reward yourself for doing so well, you might use those for a special not to high calorie treat. You don't have to eat them. They are earned. :smile:

I don't know anything about the 17 day diet either. I do know that you have to watch eating yogurt. Some of it, alot have lots of carbs in it. If you are eating a lot of yogurt this could be the problem. Fruit is not bad for you as long as it is natural and not packed in syrup. Eat bananas, apples and strawberries and…

Eat nothing that has sugar added and nothing white. No sugar in ingredients. This will help drop fast.:smile:

I love this. I am difinitely living beyond my means. I can tell by looking in the mirror and so can my knees and feet. A couple years ago I lost 20 lbs in a month and kept it off.
