I have recently gotten motivated again. I have lost 45 lbs since May of 2011 but have been stalled over the holiday season and vacation. I am back on track logging my food and exercising at least 3 times a week. I would love to have support on here. Feel free to add me as a friend.

I did Week 3 Day 1 yesterday. It is going pretty well but I seem to have an issue with hip pain after I run. It seems to get better on my off day. I plan on going to get new running shoes and hopefully they can help me figure out how to run pain free. :-) I never thought I would make it this far so I am feeling pretty…

I did level one day one last night. I have to admit I was pretty sore today. I am also doing the couch to 5K (Week 2 Day 2) so I will do that every other day and then the 30DS on the off days. I took my before pictures last night. I will post after the 30 days!

I have always had issues sleeping. I fall asleep just fine but wake up at 1 or 2 and then I am up for 2-3 hours. It makes for a rough day at work the next day! I haven't found any relief since most medications make me too groggy when I am getting up. I have just been dealing with it the best I can.

I have been doing low carb/low calorie since May. I will say that the 1st week was the hardest for me. I was grumpy and tired. Once I made it through the first week it was much better! I have chosen the "low carb" route not no carbs. I have lost 35 lbs so it working for me personally. Hang in there! It will get better!

I started C25K a week and a half ago. I got my first day done and then got a horrible cold the next day. I just repeated my first day today. I feel energized and can't wait to build stamina.
