  • I eat almonds (a handful), low fat string cheese, low-fat cottage cheese, or greek yogurt with fruit (love Dannon's Light and Fit GREEK vanilla (then I add my own fruit) or blueberry., Chobani is really good too. Look for the greek yogurt with zero fat...... Something protein packed will keep you busy.
