Kindof on plan ...the salad at lunch had dressing...estimated what it was based on someone else's entry. But I worked out, so does that count? And I took a drink of Sierra mist before realizing it was not diet. Yuck!

Don't throw in the towel. I am on steriods too right now, feeling great but not dropping weight. I am sure the later part of the week will suck. Just focus on you exercise, lots of lean meats and veggies. Low carb.

You can order just 1 of a product instead of a whole box.

Just buy the healthy stuff you will eat and tell them its because you want o make sure there is enough in the house. Give them the choice. Either make sure they don't eat the last of your healthy food or you won't buy them their treats.

I like the s'mores bar, the cinnamon roll cruch, chocolate crunch, choc Mint crunch and the white cheddar soy crisps. Also the hot chocolate. But probably not in the summer. I just eat bars and the occasional shake. I figure its so easy and I hate cooking. Also why pretend I am eating real food. But that's just me.

I guess I qualify... :) I remember when I was sedentary getting really annoyed when people would update their Facebook feeds about their runs all the time. So I've transitioned all of my weight based neuroses and analysis here. Sorry MFP. You're stuck with me.

So far, I'm at session #13. My abs still shake, i'm just going to take it on faith that somewhere under that layer of fat, i'm building muscle.

I would just send an order to the hotel, tell them to expect it and your arrival date. Make sure you order it a week in advance, and pack 2 boxes of bars just in case there is a delay.
