No, it's not just gravity. its gravity plus gentle squeeze. Too much squeeze and you'll just crumble egg yolk over everything.

Angieb...try the fitbit, you can track how much you are walking and just increase it a little each day...walk up some extra steps (it counts floors climbed)

This is wonderful advice. I find the weekends hard too, because I am so busy with work I barely have time to get lunch and I don't find myself hungry until I get home. Weekends are harder because I am cooking stuff for my son.

Ugh, I came down with a little cold yesterday and today I am resting and trying to ensure it doesn't get worse, as I have a tendency to get bronchitis whenever I get the sniffles. Be back soon, tomorrow maybe.

I truly do applaud vegetarians, it must be really hard. I got a taste of that when I was pregnant and had a meat aversion. The look, smell, or taste of meat was just abhorrent. It was so hard to find things on menus that were healthy on a day to day basis. Most "vegetarian options" were just stuffed with cheese and fried.…

I did that POP on utube once too. I went back to Jennifer. :) But i didn't do anything last night due to stressful scary hurricane. But I'll be back on the bike and pilates today.

I'm 38, i work about 50 hours a week with commuting. Finally i quit the gym and just bought a spin bike and a pilates DVD. I lost 30 lbs, and then gained it back after getting sick. But i'm back on the wagon for 3 weeks and have made an effort for 3 weeks. One thing that helps me is to book a massage 7 days in advance.…

By the way, i've lost an inch on my chest and 1 inch on my waist in 3 weeks. I'm doing 45 min of cardio 5 days a week as well and dieting.
