Just started again! Finished session 5. Feel stronger but still really tight. I don't have great form on the teaser yet. (it's pretty awful) but I dont' usually get good form on those until session 10 or so.

I carry protein bars in my purse. Always. If I miss lunch, i just eat them. Though when people get really yummy smelling stuff and bring to meetings it sucks

My theory is that she can do all of those leg lifts because her legs weigh less than half of mine. But whatever. It's better than couch surfing I guess. So...does anyone know how often or what the order you should do these workouts should be?

Apparently, eating medifast bars all day and then spaghetti and meatballs at night is a recipe for massive weight gain. I'd try so hard all day and then get home starving and there would be no healthy food and i'd end up eating something off plan. I struggle with this as well. I exercised and did medifast at the same time, and I think I got sick doing it. You should not work out as hard as you are with medifast. When I was exercising, the 4 and 2 plan was more realistic. I ate egg white protein in a salad at lunch and had more greens with protein for dinner (usually…

I made it through 7 days on the plan and it's not that big of a deal again. I hate that it feels so Herculean to start. I wish there wasn't a dinner party in the middle of my first week because the 2 glasses of wine were a bit of a sabotage. But all in all, I guess I am ok with it now, I am Also using the fitbit.

Ok, maybe I'm not 100% on plan. Is one tsp - (measured) of almond butter. At least it's not the chocolate almond butter of 3 weeks ago. That's like nutella but with almonds. Ok, I need to stop talking about it.
