  • I myself prefer egg whites. I've never been a huge fan of the yolk, and that's been lifelong. If I eat the yolk, it has to be over hard. Not runny at all. Or, I like scrambled eggs just fine, but I've always preferred the taste of the white, so I usually just buy cartons.

  • Wow, that's really good progress.. I can't believe you weigh more in the dressing room photo @ the bottom - the inches you've lost trump everything. Don't focus on the scale #, you can definitely see the results and they look amazing! Great job!
  • I started out at 219.. I only just started June 19th, so it hasn't been that long for me to take progress pictures yet (or post them, rather) but I have lost about 14 lbs. so far... I've been around this weight for over a year so it's time for me to get back to where I belong.
