Anyone feel free to add me. I just started my reset yesterday, and I could really use some encouragement. I still have friends who don't eat very much on my list, and it's discouraging seeing how much weight they are losing while I know I'll be gaining in the next several weeks.

I felt like an idiot the first time I went to Zumba, and still feel like an idiot everytime I go. But I sweat, and I do things I wouldn't do on my own when I'm in a class in front of other people. It forces me to push myself, so, for that, I love it!
