Any ideas on what I can do for exercise in a hospital or away from home and from my gym? My son is in and out of the hospital, and even when he's out we have to stay locally, which is two-and-a-half hours from home. I thought of climbing the stairs, but I'm sure that will get boring after a while. And the people staying…
Dumb question, but....... I am debating on whether or not my body needs the reset. Is it necessary to reach my macros every day during the reset? That's A LOT of protein. Thanks in advance for your advice :smile:
