I had lost 110 but gained back 40 and yes I have loose skin on my inner thighs and upper arms. I hate it but I'm gonna continue losing cuz I'd still rather be healthy and I hope one day maybe I can get the excess skin removed once I reach my goal weight.

Lettuce, corn and black beans with southwest ranch and tortilla strips is a really good one. But for a "regular salad" I usually do lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, black olives, onions, green peppers, ranch and a little shredded cheddar. Sometimes I add peas.

I'm 19 weeks and have lost 23 lbs with this pregnancy. I just didn't have an appetite for the first 10 weeks or so.

I didn't say it's the devil. I lost 107 lbs still eating junk in moderation. But I'm just trying to start putting healthier things in my body.

Hello. My twins are 3 1/2 months old and I'm trying to get myself back on track too. I lost over 100 lbs in 2011/2012. Then got pregnant with our 5th in September 2012 and gained back 40.
