i am guessing the OP is just looking for some healthier recipes than she is used to eating. I am not a good cook, so I can't help you out. But just as a heads up, lables don't go over well. the best advice you will get from this will be eat less than you burn. and dont worry if something is clean or dirty. or wash your fruits and veggies before eating.

    OP: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/133-clean-eating-group

FWIW- many of us still found a way to eat "processed junk" in moderation and still have lost weight successfully.

The search feature is your friend.

Must be a slow day... I think this is only the second or third "clean eating" thread I've seen today.

OP.... what is this "junk" you speak of? And why is it the devil?

I'll admit that you were way more helpful than I am, Troutsy. :)

OP, I guess I just prefer not to take things too seriously.

And if you scroll through the message boards, you see that there are typically TONS of threads about "clean eating". All you have to do is pick one and begin reading.

NOW.... Back to a previous poster's inquiry: define "processed junk".

And my question... why is it the devil?

I try to be helpful lol- at least in the beginning...then I end up on the gif train. I do thoroughly enjoy your posts FWIW. :)

I didn't say it's the devil. I lost 107 lbs still eating junk in moderation. But I'm just trying to start putting healthier things in my body.
