  • I'm only on 1000 mg and it has been 3 months... lets just say I carry Immodium in my purse ALWAYS! I plan to go up to 1500mg so it makes me nervous but I do have to say that it is starting to get better.... a little... so hopefully with time our bellies will agree with it more! Good luck to you!

  • I honestly think we are all alone in some way. No one else in my house needs to be losing weight, I do so i face it alone. But, I do have hugs and kind words when I need them but this is my solo journey. Do your best to support yourself. I'll support you as well... :) :flowerforyou:
  • Love all the recipes and thanks! One of my favorites: 6 boneless skinless breasts or thighs (husband likes thighs better) 1 Jar of medium salsa 1 jar green olives rinsed and drained 1 can of beer (your choice) Put it all together, Low 6-8 hours... DELICIOUS!~!!
  • Easiest one! I call it Beer Chicken! 1 lg. pack of boneless skinless thighs ( or breasts if you prefer) 1 lg. bottle of salsa -,mild 1 can of beer - your choice of types 1 jar of green olives, rinsed off Put them all in together, 8 hours on low!!!! We have it all the time!
  • That looks great! I acutally do risotto with Barley... I just use the same amount as I would rice and do the same exact thing and it comes out wonderful and OH SO Filling! If you want the recipe let me know, but I will def. write down yours! Thanks for sharing!
  • We honestly eat spaghetti squash for at least two dinners (or lunch) a week! My entire family LOVES it! Even my 18 month old daughter eats it by the fist fulls!   • Salsa Beer Chicken 1 Jar of green olives - rinsed a drained 1 Bottle Salsa (I use medium heat) 1 can of beer 1-1/12 lbs boneless skinless thighs ( works best ) or boneless skinless breasts Cook on low 8 hours.... serve on a starch if desired or just on its own... delicious and super easy... and our dinner tomorrow night!
