Oh and eating back all your exercise calories or not will depend on your own body and how it reacts to it. Most times I eat back a very small amount of my exercise calories. So far so good.

Like someone else said earlier, you may not know how fast you're running when outside. I noticed that I was running faster outside than on the treadmill when I'd finish a mile faster outside than on the treadmill.

While on the treadmill, instead of doing long non stop runs, try speed intervals. 2 min run 2 min jog/walk

I run outside and on the treadmill. When I started running outside, I felt the same as you. The best way to get better at running outside is doing it more often. I agree with this. Sometimes you both have to step away from the situation in order to see what you have/had. Doing this will let him know that you aren't dependent on him. If you think the marriage is worth saving, than you do the things to save it.

My wrap was only $5 at Walmart. But I may try the saran wrap so I won't have to put the sweaty wrap on the next day. Not sure why I didnt think of that.
