I'm going to try for 25 hours a month but it's really up to you :) you could do it in minutes if you prefer! Want me to add you in? It's a good way to motivate to get up and do exercise (especially in these cold months!!)

I don't have a picture of my butt either but mines has risen considerably through squats and lunges. I feel my glutes working especially when I'm doing lunges in a weight set so try do that. :)
