Awesome!. Great results. Keep it up. Hope you don't mind answering some questions. What was your weight in these pics? How long did it take to achieve this? What did you do? calorie deficit, lifting, cardio or all of them?

Rustico Bread.(low carb) Their salads. Almond thins. Dry roasted unsalted peanuts, cashews.

How long do you work out with your trainer and how often?

Thank you WillRun4Bagel and Krokador. Appreciate your input. I am not in pain per se. I rested quite a bit after I initially twisted/tore it doing Zumba. After about 6 months tried to do the jump moves in the 30 day shred video and definitely heard an audible pop. I rested again for a good 6-8 months and recently got back…

Thanks for your advice. I think I need to breathe deeper. Will definitely start practicing like you said. Appreciate your help.

I know I hold my breath going down. Not sure if I exhaled coming up or after I came up. But the headache was instantaneous. By the time I went down to squat my third time, my head was throbbing like hell. And this was on my working weight.

Yes I have started getting these too. Right when I am doing the squats. did some research online and found could be due to dehydration, empty stomach or breathing technique. I am wondering if anyone else is having these issues with squatting. I have a feeling I am not breathing properly. Love to hear if anyone has the same…

I am sorry if I used the word Stalling in a wrong sense. What I am trying to say is I can complete the 5X5's at that weight. But when it comes time to increasing it, I tend to do the same weight for another week or even two before I feel strong enough to progress. For example, my BP has been stuck at 40 lbs for 3 weeks…

I was watching Kelly Osbourne last night on E red carpet show. She has slimmed down a lot but her arms need some toning. Especially next to Guiliana's arms hers looked thick and flabby!

I buy the Crunchy almond butter at Trader Joe's.

Just made Chipotle's Veggie Burrito in a Bowl with Quinoa instead of rice(with lime juice and cilantro), black beans, onions & peppers, corn and red salsa, guacamole, greek yogurt, reduced fat cheese topped with shredded lettuce. Delish!!!l

Not to hijack the thread, but it is somewhat related to balance. Last night I did the OHP with 35 lb bar (that looks like dumbells on a long rod) and I kept leaning back slightly to avoid hitting my face with the bar. Am I doing this correctly?

WAIT. Dead Lifts are only ONE SET??????

Fries, potato chips and Soda. I eat/drink it but don't crave it.

My breakfast everyday: Half cup dry quaker oats + wild blueberries (frozen from Costco) + water cooked for 3.30 mts in microwave. Mix 1 soop of Six Star Pro Nutrition - Super Advanced Whey Protein (30g Protein) and a dash of milk.

Thanks everyone. I was afraid I was doing too much. It is just that last year around this time I was doing the same but 30DS in the AM, 5 days of elliptical/Zumba/walk for 60 mts and eating around 1400 cals and was steadily losing 2 lbs per week. It is depressing to weigh in every week and enter a higher weight. Also what…

But if you are unable to squat 45 lbs is it not better to start somewhere lower and work towards that weight?
