  • Welcome back! I see this the same as quitting smoking. Might take a lot of tries, but eventually you will do it as long as you don't give up. If you miss a day (or three ;-) ) keep coming back and trying.

  • Try cutting back on your salt intake, that can help. Also, make sure that your target weight is realistic for your body type.
  • hot air popped popcorn - no oil, no butter (1 cup = 31 calories and has lots of fiber!)
