I learned to hate fast food and to literally be disgusted by it by going on to their websites and reading the nutritional info.. now I get the coupons in the mail and I see 5 burgers for 5 dollars and I gag..truth.

I have a picture of Katy Perry on my fridge lol we have a similar height and frame not to mention age.. would love to look anything remotely like her!! past the vain side of things, my lil 3 month old.. I agree.. I use the scale as sort of a gold star for myself.. but really it is all about how the clothes are fitting.. I am doing a strength training program so I know that my weight may stay the same or even go up because of muscle but it doesn't mean the inches aren't going down :)

I have read that gluten intake can cause a lot of jiggly in the midsection because your body just can't process it.. and I am not buying like gluten free bread and pasta.. not quite yet.. I am just cutting it out period.. trying for now .. eating no proccessed stuff at all.. to help clean me out.
