Sounds good! Another way to do low carb pizza is to pile mozzarella and your favorite toppings into portabella mushroom caps and cook in the oven. You have to eat it with a fork, but it's just like you took all the good stuff off a pizza!!!

If you workout regularly I don't think you're going to be skinny fat. Yes, lifting weights will define your body more, but if you don't want to and prefer cardio that's fine. That's not what skinny fat is.

Please tell me you mean 15g per meal. Even that's low.... You'll lose weight, but you can't maintain that forever. Once you hit goal weight, I would imagine a person needs at least 100-150 depending on their physiology.

I haven't really accumulated enough medals yet, but when I do, I am going to use them to decorate a small christmas tree each year in addition to my regular tree. I will also do a tree with all my animal's tags (ones I've got now and ones who have passed away).

I consider lifting heavy this^^^ but for me those 5 reps come after I have done 12, 10, 8, and then the 5. Or depending on the muscle group: 15,12,10 or 20,15,10. I start out a little light (relatively speaking) for the first set and increase the weight on each set afterwords. By the end I am doing the NRGNAGNHAGHAGNHGA!!!!

I don't think they are bad. They are bad when served as fries because of the oil. Baked potatoes are not inherently bad, they are just not good for people with insulin problems because of the starch/carbs. Potatoes have tons of nutrients. Eat up!

If you love fat have you tried eating low carb? A lot of people lose weight by eating low fat or lo carb but not both. When I eat low carb I lose weight. It works for me because I love fatty food too. Try it.
