It is exactly that.... Justin's Maple Almond Butter. Putting it in oatmeal is a great idea, but oatmeal is one of the very few things I don't like. I'm not a picky eater at all, but I hate oatmeal. It may make it better, but I doubt I will want to eat it.... I've tried everything in the oatmeal department.

Hmmmm.... interesting. I don't normally wear a bra at home. I work in the yard without one. I would feel weird not wearing one to work under some of my thinner shirts. It also hurts to not wear one running. Hopefully not wearing one part of the time will help.

My dog sleeps in the bed with me.... that way if anyone breaks in during the night, they'll be face to face with a big black barking object in the dark. Just load up on extra veggies and avoid starchy carbs. You can get carbs from the veggies and you will lose weight faster if you limit the starch. Just my opinion.... I'm not big on carbs.
