Is it good iced? I am really loving iced coffee right now and it's so hot in Georgia that it can be difficult to drink hot coffee.... even in the morning. I would think that the fats/oils would separate if it's cold.

You know what.... It appears that the oil is only there to saute the onions that it calls for. I think I'll be just fine using the olive oil. This si the best pizza sauce recipe ever, so i am going to try and make it Primal!! Along with the cauliflower crust!

I don't think I will move into Paleo. But I have been slowly cutting back and have tried to be more mindful of how much dairy I do consume. I am now trying to keep it to a minimum, but I don't think I will cut it out completely. I do chose full fat, organic, pasture raised options as much as possible.

I do not take water if it's a short run (anything under 5 miles or so). I feel like if I hydrate well during the day I will not need it. On longer runs I do take water.
