I had headaches, weakness, nausea, etc. when I started paleo. It hit me right of the bat though, not weeks after starting. I guess everyone's different. I eat uncured bacon from pasture raised pigs. It's the same as eating any kind of pork. Be careful buying any bacon from the store because the curing process adds sugar and nitrates which are not Paleo.

I went to the farmer's market today and found a guy who sells pasture raised pork. I bought $35 worth of meat from him and $37 worth from the grass fed beef guy! I am so excited!

I guess it could help in that case. If part of the pollen comes from the plants that you are actually allergic, too.

I have'nt heard of "taking bee pollen". You mean like a pill? I've heard that the honey thing works, but only if you are using local honey in which the bees are producing it from your local plants that generate the allergens.

I've never thought about using pork rinds as a substitute for bread crumbs. My Gosh, you're a genius :drinker: What kind of pork rinds do you purchase? I have wanted to get pork rinds for when I really want something crunchy like potato chips, but all the ones I've ever seen have tons of added ingredients.
