I like to weigh once a week in the am when I awake and after using the bathroom and naked. I think it is good to exercise any time that you can get it in and also helps with sleeping. I would try and watch out for carbs myself,eat protein! That is just my advice.

I never eat all my calories or my workout ones.

I always eat a very light supper around 5-6 pm and then after I am off work my breakfast is around 12 am-1am and then I eat a snack like fruit around 9 am.

I think the older we get it is more about how we feel inside and not just what we look like on the out,all about be healthy and living to see another day!
