BUMP!

Yes I have--thank goodness! (Though I was up to a 38J--I was pregnant & nursing.) I'm now happily down to a 36DD... wouldn't mind a little more gone. It's just so hard to find shirts & dresses. Plus, the extra boobage adds pounds visually.:blushing:

Fantastic job! (And look at your toned arms!) Fantastic job!!!:flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:

Are you using a measuring tape? I've often been stuck on the scale, but still lose inches. Also, check your sodium/water intake.

Wow, nice! (I had to wear a binder like that after my c/section. Really helped!) Thanks for sharing--you look great!

^^this!^^ If you want them, get them! I don't, but I'm big there anyway. If anything I'd get a reduction. Just know that the bigger they are, the bigger they make you look. Also, clothes are a pain in the *kitten* to find. That said, you'll probably be able to wear strapless dresses--I never could.

http://www.juicefasting.org/detox.htm I'm on day 2 of a juice fast. Be sure to add chlorophyll or spirulina to your juice to get adequate protein. My hubby & I plan to do it for 40 days. We've eaten lots of junk food and had lots of alcohol in our lives. We want to get healthier--we're going farther than just a fast--also…

BUMP! Love this!!!

Nice work! I can tell in your upper mid-section and in your cheeks, definitely a bit slimmer! Way to go! Keep up the good work! :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:

I lost about 4 inches with my first 10 lbs, then sometimes I'd lose an inch and no weight, but I carry weight in my mid-section. Depends on sex, weight, fat distribution, if you're working out, toning, etc. I've stayed the same weight for the last month but lost another inch on my waist, and gained 1/4 inch on my upper…

I only usually have a few berries in the morning, or I'll have 1/2 an apple, or on a splurge I'll go overboard and eat 7 or 8 clementines (they might go bad, plus they're small & delicious!), or 1/2 a small watermelon. That's definitely only a few times a year though. I do have plenty of lemons though--either with soda…

Aw, way to go!!! You look so happy!:flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:

Food, LOL! Booze, LOL! I'm a stuff scavenger, especially beautiful wood scraps. I have two beautiful bannisters--why??? Because I have a truck... and pick *kitten* up all the time!

I had my hubby take my pics *gleep* in a bikini. They're posted, but only as a reference point, and only available for mfp friends to see. Don't beat yourself up about the past--work with where you are now. The more regularly you exercise (and eat exercise calories), the more regularly you'll lose weight. :flowerforyou:

Here's what I'd read--knew I could find it! Hyponatremia. Some marathoners worry about drinking too little water during a race, but drinking too much of it during a time when you're sweating a lot may cause a dangerously low concentration of sodium in the blood. Ironically, hyponatremia has some similar symptoms to…

I just read about this. You can, and it causes an imbalance of sodium & electrolytes. Usually this sort of thing doesn't happen unless you're doing some serious training--like for a marathon. They say just to drink when you're thirsty.

WOWOWOW!!! Fantastic work!:flowerforyou:

I exercise regularly and usually lose about 3 lbs. per month. Are you using a measuring tape to track your progress as well? I usually lose inches consistently, more so than lbs. My first 10 lbs. correlated with 5 inches lost on my waist. You might also check out zig-zag dieting. That is a good way to rev up…

^^I'm with this, but add sparkling water and lemon... a vodka spritzer!
-
None, but my waist is a little smaller.

I take Zyrtec, and if my skin's really itchy I add a Zantac as well. The Zantac is actually an internal histamine blocker, so when taken in combo with Zyrtec that really helps quell the skin itchies. Good luck!
-
Do you have any allergies? For me, I sometimes get itchy reactions to the histamines in my sweat, which, if bad enough, will give me hives--the itchiness goes away if I splash with water.

Imitation crab meat sauteéd with zucchini, chives and coconut oil. Inexpensive & yummy! (Zucchini is a huge friend to me--very filling for low calories.)

You are amazing!!!

I sure can see a difference! In your face and arms for sure! That's a great start!!! Keep it up!:flowerforyou:

Wow!!! Great job!!!

[/quote] The first couple of months I didn't even worry about exercise.... my goal was to get my eating spot-on. My doc had told me that you don't exercise to lose weight......... you change your eating to lose weight so that you can exercise. I took it to heart. I told myself that my only "job" during those months was to…

Eggs with lots of grated, sauteéd veggies, or yogurt with ground flax seeds. Oatmeal never has held me over.
