^^Ha ha ha!^^ I actually know someone who did that for years. She used to be pretty thin then... now that she's off of it she's gained over 100 lbs and has chest pains if she drinks more than 2 cups of coffee. I drink coffee, 1-2 cups a day these days. I tried diet pills--they just made me feel jittery and anxious.

WW is supposed to be one of the most successful diets--I saw an Oprah show about the top 4 diets. WW, Slimfast, Volumetrics were there, Plus 1 I can't remember. Personally I'm with previous posters--MFP rocks! I don't know of any other plan that lets you balance calories with exercise.

It's filled with genetically modified and transgenic products--in addition to irradiated produce. Nutritional values are horrible. I do love the fries, but they're pre-soaked in sugar water. Not good.

I drink wine or vodka soda but make sure to log the calories. I stay within my range and it hasn't stopped my weight loss. Only thing is, I don't drink too much or I start to crave more food...

Be careful about large breed dogs & running. My lab ended up with hip dysplacia (sp?) and now it's so bad she can't walk without being on meds. Sugar free jello. Get cocoa powder to mix with Greek yogurt--sinful & relatively inexpensive. Frozen berries with almond milk. Frozen grapes--not low carb, but slow to eat.

Bump. I have an ankle that twists/sprains regularly. Not fun. Exercising it helps some, but for me only running when I'm not tired is best. The thing that sucks is my ligaments are so stretched in it that all I have to do is sit the wrong way on the bed or couch & it still twists. Wish I knew.

This hasn't happened to me yet... but it happens all the time to my best friend (5'5", now 160lbs). She's lost 90 lbs & looks great! But people ask if she's well, or comment on how skinny she is. It's really annoying she says.
