Im 4ft 10 at he moment m weighing in at 158 have set my first goal to 135 hopefully will be that by christmas then i will re-set to 120 thats probably as low as I can get, just love food too much to be any less

well I have had my bike 10 days and have managed 48 miles pretty good for a couch potato :) plus 3 spin classes in that time

I have just started spinning and feel amazing after every class,the buzz stops me eating:)

manged a measly 3 miles today, my legs felt like lead :(

very excited I joined the gym today, to help really kick my fitness up a level :) First thing i did was joined a spin class, whoop whoop exhilirating :)

well I am obviously hooked, Bought my padded cycling shorts, a big pot of sudocreme and thought I would just have a ten minute cycle to see how it felt with them. Anyhow 1hr 20 mins later I had done 11 miles with hardly any soreness and a great big grin :)

Love this forum thanks for the support, will try and correct my riding position, I am constantly re-shuffling my bottom on a ride. Going to have a day off today its more about the chafing than the muscle pain !!

well I braved it and managed a measly 3 miles, the pint the end of it really helped though:)

As I am so sore in the bottom area would it be advisable to have a day or two off or just soldier through to try and harden myself?

just back from a 7 mile ride, and made a very silly mistake, bottom felt sore again so decided a bit of antiseptic hand gel mght help!!!!!! IT DOESNT ouchy

Hi all I am 4ft 10 and weigh 160llbs would love to be 110 but would settle for 130 how is everyone finding being able to lose anything on such a low calorie intake?

I know its near to the end of this challenge, but i have just dusted off my bike with the hope of it helping me lose the excess two stone I have gained since a running injury that has still not healed two years later. Please can i join i really need the motivation at the moment Michelle

well this week everything has stayed the same, its my own fault had a grandchild added to the family and have been over indulging with food and alcohol. When i post next sunday there will be at least 2llb loss :)

hi I had a tummy tuck five years ago after being left with a really horrid apron of loose skin after four extra large babies.
