I have been overweight for as long as I can remember, even as a child I was always bigger than my friends

In 2006 I went to my first slimming World Meeting and I was shocked to step on the scale and realise I had reached a massive 257lb (18 stone 5lb)

Withing 6 months I had dropped to 215lb (15 stone 5) but I lost my motivation and stopped trying.

In 2007 I had my little boy and I put losing weight to the back of my mind

On 4th Jan 2012 I weighed in at 220.5lb (15 stone 10.5lb) and decided I needed to lose weight

My motivation has always been my little boy, I dont want to be the fat Mum at the school gates picking him up and I want to be able to keep up with him when he is running around

After nearly 7 months I am happy to say I have lost 56lb

I have gone from a UK size 20 to a UK size 12 and I feel amazing!!

I still have another 14.5lb but I wanted to post this in the hope I can inspire even just one person

    All you needed to do was change the capitol IMG to lower case img on both ends. Looks like you need to resize some of the pictures and great job!!!!!! There is a huge change in your face! Keep it up!!!! :)

    The change in just your facial structure is amazing. You looked pretty before, but you look younger now. I can't wait until that happens to me.
