Melmade - I am also breastfeeding. According to this link (http://www.kellymom.com/nutrition/mom/mom-weightloss.html) you can still exercise while breastfeeding. It has tons of great information.

I always use frozen fruit (I prefer strawberries and peaches) a splash of 100% juice , yogurt, milled flax seed, splash of vanilla and some kale or collards!
