I went to the gym today and used my HRM for the first time (Polar FT4)!. Im kind of surprised and wondering if its accurate. My heartrate was between 133 and 164 for my workout (min and max) I was "in zone" for 19 minutes out of the 30 minutes that I did strength training and it says I burned 255 calories. It just seems…

Which workout Video?
I like the Ripped in 30 and 30 Day Shred videos but I feel they are too leg intensive. Does anyone have a shorter video that is not as intense on the legs? (something that is maybe 30 minutes or less? I have two kids and don't have a lot of time!)

HRM Question
I have been contemplating getting a HRM but I have a question. I tend to have a naturally higher heart rate, Im not sure why...but that's how I've always been (it's like 105-110 resting). Would a HRM even be accurate in tracking calories if I am naturally high in heart rate?
