Hey all, I am in the market for a new vitamin - I am a breastfeeding mother and feel that I do need a vitamin - Right now I"m taking Vitafusion Sams club vitamins and I'm just not thrilled... What do you think is the best vitamin out there? I am hoping to find something more on the 'natural' side - if that make sense... The kicker is that I don't really do pills so it would have to be a chewable or gummy or a really small vitamin. Suggestions?

Twinlab's Daily Ones are hard to beat. I get them from Amazon and use the subscribe and save method to save 15%
They aren't chewy or gummy but they are soft gels.

I am not big on unnecessary additives and whatnot in my vitamins. I buy Nature Made brand as well as the Whole Foods 365 house brand. I am B12 deficient (as tested via blood work at my doctor's) and have been retested after taking these brands so I also know that my body absorbs them properly.0
