Good to know! Thanks for the info :)
-
I was doing strength training - Weights, squats, ab work etc.

Thanks! My husband has rushfit, but I think that is too intense for me... I might try just their core stuff or maybe only do 20 or so minutes of the videos. I will look at the links you provided!

Oh, awesome! Love that!

Great! That's helpful... I was not looking up raw juice so that will help. Ill add you!

Thanks!

Thanks for the Williams Sanoma Website rec. I will check it out. I have a few juicing pages on facebook I like. So far my favorite juice is Pineapple, Sweet Potato & Carrot!

Follow your gut mama, there is no such thing as over-feeding an EBF baby! Keep doing what you're doing sounds like you have it under control :)

I add about 500 a day for nursing my 19 month old which puts me at 1900-2000 calories a day.
-
Hi I added you! I am nursing my 19mo and I also have a 4yo :)

I didn't see anything specific to being publicly open or open to friends, I must have missed that.
-
I'm sure her diary is probably open to those whom are friends with her.

I keep mine open to others because I do feel it helps me think twice before I put something in my mouth. I think everyone is being really rude saying that someone has no will-power just because this helps them! Everyone uses MFP for different reasons and different ways, some things work well for others, and some things…

Yeah I 'get' about 1400-1600 allowed and then I add 500 to that for nursing, because even though he's 18 months he still nurses a ton. I was working out , about 300 calories , every day but not anymore lately.... so that helped.

My LO is 18 months now and I honestly don't notice a huge difference either way, but I generally always eat around 2000 calories a day and I dont think I've gone below that during the entire time I lost my 25lbs. I would make sure you are drinking enough, and you can always try things like lactation cookies or other foods…

Hey there :) i have a 4yo and a 17 month old whom I'm still nursing. Feel free to add me! It took me about a year but I lost 25lbs :)

Whew. Week 4 is a beast! But its another good one!
-
Ive been using my own music as well! :)

I have to do the modified version of the duck walks because it kills my knees, but overall I like level 3, it goes by the fastest for me and I'm done before I know it! Today is my last day of Level 3 and then I start level 4 on Monday! I have some definition in my upper abs now which is awesome! I also am pretty sure I've…

That's great! I always feel like its better to measure than to weigh :)

I am still nursing my 17 month old and I add 500 calories to my food log even though he's an older guy he still nurses a whole heck of a lot and still a lot at night as well. I think it's important to eat when you are hungry because your milk supply could be compromised if you're not properly eating or if you feel hungry…

I lost about 25lbs in the past year! Doing Jilliian Michaels DVDs (Ripped in 30 and 30 Day Shred) ... and watching HOW I eat. I have about 5ish more lbs to go until my goal... but below is a picture, the words are cut off, but that says 5 months post partum with baby #2.…

Grapes and almonds aren't filling for me so I have to go with something more filling which is Raw Carrots for me. Yeah not the most appetizing choice, but I've found it really works for me. Maybe give it a try? I dread the thought of eating it but when I do I feel pretty good about it :)
-
I was always RAVENOUS when I was nursing my LO when he was young... I wanted to eat everything in sight, it's normal your body is working hard to make milk. Don't starve yourself, if you're hungry you need to eat to sustain a good supply! Just make sure you are doing so with healthy foods!

How old is your LO? Could it be a positioning issue? A lot of times when they bite it could be due to a position that is not good for them. I've found the best cure for biting is to not make a big deal out of it. If they know its annoying or gets a reaction out of you they are more likely to stop. Just my two cents :)

I did Week 3 Day 1 today. It is pretty intense! It's really leg intensive which is my problem area so I am super excited! I think this might be my favorite week so far even though its intense.
-
WEEK 3 starts MONDAY!..ahhh! I'm slightly terrified...but I got pretty good at week 2.
-
I'm on my last two days of Week 2 - I am planning to go onto week 3 regardless of whether or not I can master each exercise... I just do a modified version - for the plank jacks and mountain climbers if I can't get through them, I get on all 4's and raise my legs alternating to the sides (like knee lifts I guess).

Congratulations! I am a mother of two boys ages 4 and 17 months. I am still nursing my 17 month old... Just some advice: Breastfeeding might make you hold onto more weight in the tummy, thigh and hip area as it is, so don't get discouraged and just keep at it :) Just be aware that too strenuous of exercise could make you…
