Which workout Video?

I like the Ripped in 30 and 30 Day Shred videos but I feel they are too leg intensive. Does anyone have a shorter video that is not as intense on the legs? (something that is maybe 30 minutes or less? I have two kids and don't have a lot of time!)

Check out Fitnessblender.com's upper bpdy stuff. Or perhaps blogilates.com. A lot of cardio, especially videos like JM's stuff, can lower body intensive, I've found. You could try some kickboxing videos, lots of legs, but lots of arms, too.0

Thanks! My husband has rushfit, but I think that is too intense for me... I might try just their core stuff or maybe only do 20 or so minutes of the videos.

Giam recently released a DVD for befit in 90 but you can use the free videos on youtube they created a while ago instead of buying the DVD.0
