I have found that eating eggs more than a couple of days in a row can upset my stomach a great deal. Horrible stomach cramping, with nausea, but no vomiting. I'm game! I'm 42 and have a 3 year old. Hoping to lost 20 pounds or more. It's the first time I've gotten serious losing weight and I'm trying to think of it as a lifestyle change instead of a diet. I find that keeping track of the calories really helps.
